PAYMENT AND INVOICING
What payment methods are available?
You can use the following payment methods:
- Bank Card
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Discover and UPI, among others.
- Bank Transfer
When you select this payment option, you will find all the necessary details to make the transfer. Remember that you will have 3 working days to complete the transfer. It is important to include the order number in the concept of the transfer to ensure the correct identification of the payment. If the transfer is not made within the established term, the order will be cancelled.
- Bizum
Make sure you enter all the information correctly once you select the Bizum option.
- Gift Card
If you have a Top Smart Furniture gift card, you can now use it to pay for your purchases.
- Cash in store
You can also choose to pay in cash. The maximum limit for cash payments is €999.99.
Can it be financed?
From Top Smart Furniture it is not possible to finance, but there are payment methods that do give this option.
How can I get an invoice for my order?
It may take a few days for the invoice to be generated. Generally, the invoice will be available once the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
To obtain an invoice for your order, please contact us by one of the following methods:
- Calling (+34) 657 44 31 67 or writing a Whatsapp to the same phone number.
- By writing an e-mail to info@topsmartfurniture.com requesting the invoice with the data to be included in the invoice and the order number.
- By filling out the “contact us” form requesting the invoice.
Can I change my billing information?
If you wish to make changes to your billing information, we offer several options depending on the status of your order:
- Before placing your order: If you have not yet completed your purchase, you can modify your billing information from your customer account.
- During the purchase process: In the last step of the purchase, you will have the option to modify your billing information in the “Billing and delivery address” section.
- After placing your order: If your order is already confirmed, but has not yet been shipped, please contact us via the contact form so that we can help you update your billing information. However, if your order has already been shipped, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps.
